I'm afraid I fell out of CSI fandom years ago, when I noticed a slight amount of fail as well. It wasn't like the big crazy failboat we all take turns sailing in SPN and HP fandoms, but a less ostentatious, more insidious fail that just always made me vaguely uneasy. *looks over shoulder, warily* And then I caught a recent episode and it was like Greg was an entirely different character, so I just threw up my hands.
