On Deconstructing Rodney, I don't think his post-Kolya reaction qualifies him as crazy, however it is mentioned earlier in the fic that not only is he a child stuck in an adult body, but also he has brain damage such that he really can't ever grow up mentally. Also, there is the Prosopagnosia. It could qualify for that reason.
