They're testing the sirens again. This never ceases to amuse me. Potential terrorists on my Flist, here's heads up; The first Monday of the month is when you want to blow up that chemical factory. No one will notice.

I made my very own ANIMATED icon! I can't believe how easy it was!

With thanks to potato_chippu  whose tutorial gave me enough basics to muddle through. (made only mildly tricky by the fact that her/his imageready is in spanish... :)
