Doctor who: Utopia review

Yeah, this is just one ginormous spoiler, basically...

Okay, I'm kind of done with the whole unrequited love thing Martha has going on. Seriously, we get it. She loves the Doctor. He's still hearth throbbing over the one that got away. You don't have to spell it out ever single episode. (Though by Jove! The Doctor and Jack bonding over Rose was the most natural reference we've had all season and I loved it to death!) 
I'm kind of getting the feeling that Martha is just following a bloke, instead of coming along to have awesome adventures in space and time! And Martha is way to awesome a companion to be so lame. (Also, ten bucks says they'll eventually write her out of the series by falling in love with someone else. A handsome rebel leader or something...) 

CAPTAIN JACK IS BACK! And properly back too! I wanted to hug the TV to my bossom!
This is the Captain Jack we love. Flirting with everyone and everything, but not necessarily sleeping with them (or doing it off screen after they're done with the PLOT!). Goofing around. Being cool. Showing some heart. Giving us some goddamn straight answers for once! (though I get why he doesn't feel like sharing with those losers at Torchwood).

The conservation between Jack and the Doctor was adorable. The Doctor finally explaining why he was such a jerk. Jack finally getting some closure and some answers (but no solution to his problems obviously). And I swear to God, when they get to Utopia (if they get to Utopia and don't just end up fixing that wristband device the Captain has), Jack will totally be there as the savior of mankind (and he will be even hotter ...and have slept with his mom accidentally. No really. That's what happens when you combine immortality with time travel).

Doctor, Doctor. Stop traveling with these kind hearted women. They keep releasing your worst enemies! (Rose and the Dalek anyone?)

The Master... I'm not sure of the regeneration yet. Yana was so cold. He really creeped me out. John Simms was maybe a little to light in comparison. But I have faith in his acting skills and I have to admit a villain that is so obviously enjoying himself appeals to me.

And speaking of Blink...

Poor Martha Jones! She's getting stranded in more deadbeat jobs then any other companion EVER!

I don't think they're going to Utopia. They weren't on the rocket.

True, but come on! This is the doctor and Jack we're talking about (oh and Martha is there to I suppose). I hope they go, because they made me curious, but the story might work better if they skip it. An adventure for another day per chance.
